The former Superintendent for Webster Central School District will be getting over $166,000 from the school district.
The money is part of a settlement between Dr. Carmen Gumina, retired Superintendent, and the district that was approved by the School Board this week.
He received a one time payment of $155,996.24 and an additional $10,266.30 in unused vacation time.
Gumina announced his retirement the same month he was named in a lawsuit filed by coach Kali Watkins, the former Webster girls basketball coach acquitted of rape.
Gumina did not say whether the settlement or abrupt retirement was related to the lawsuit.
