Police: Rochester man taken into custody after skipping Seneca Falls court

Police said a Rochester man was taken back into custody in Seneca Falls after failing to appear in town court on two charges.

David Derby, 28, of Rochester was taken into custody on an arrest warrant after he failed to appear last month for disorderly conduct and harassment.

Police said Derby was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
