A Seneca Falls man was arrested following a crash that happened on State Route 89 on Monday.
It happened a little before 7 a.m., according to a news release from the Seneca Falls Police Department.
The arrest stems from an investigation into a property damage crash on Route 89 where a vehicle operated by Daniel Action, 35, of Seneca Falls left the road and collided with a ditch.
Police said Action showed signs of impairment, which led to a DWAI charge, as well as tickets for failing to use the designated lane, and driving across hazard markings.
He was transported to the Seneca County Jail pending arraignment.
