Deputies arrested a Sodus man following an investigation and traffic stop in the town of Williamson over the weekend.
On Sunday around 10:40 p.m. deputies arrested Crescenciano Aguilar, 53, of Sodus on one count of DWI, one count of driving with a BAC over 0.08%, driving on the shoulder of the road, and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
It’s alleged that Aguilar was observed driving east in the westbound lane on State Route 104.
He failed field sobriety tests and was found to have a BAC of 0.14%.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
