Governor Cuomo has signed a law that allows electronic signatures on documentation for funerals and cemeteries regarding the transportation of remains.
The pandemic has proven to make funeral planning difficult for those who have lost loved ones according to Sam Darling, Brew Funeral Home President.
He explained that rules were changing everyday, but now with the changes being made and restrictions being lifted, funeral homes are better able to help families.
