Seneca Sunrise Coffee, located on N. Decatur Street in Watkins Glen has begun their new expansion project.
As part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative project, the business with be constructing a new roasting area, retail space and kitchen.
The current location is going to become a year-round rental unit.
The business offers various artisanal coffees from around the world and are for sale at multiple local retailers. They are also served at local restaurants and other places here in the Finger Lakes.
