Police report the arrest of a Geneva man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
David Walker, 39, of Geneva was charged with felony robbery after a domestic incident that occurred on Monday.
Around 12:30 a.m. police arrested Walker on a third-degree robbery charge. It’s a Class D felony, according to police, who say that he forcibly stole property from another person during a domestic incident.
Walker then fled the scene after the initial incident. However, he was taken into custody without further incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
