The pandemic may have cancelled things last year, but this year one of the first signs of normalcy is the Seneca County Fair, set to begin on July 21st at the Waterloo fairgrounds.
Animals shows, vegetable displays and youth projects will be available at the fair.
4-H educator Rachel Williams says that the fair will look very similar to the ones the public saw and attended before the pandemic.
