Police say a 31-year-old Seneca Falls woman was taken into custody after a physical altercation in a business parking lot.
On Saturday at 4:12 p.m. police arrested Cherie E. Smith, 31, of Seneca Falls following a dispute that occurred in the parking lot of a local business.
During a physical altercation, Smith punched another female in the face.
She was charged with one count of second-degree harassment.
Police say Smith was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge at a later date in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
