Around 12:20 p.m. police arrested a 20-year-old Seneca Falls man following a domestic incident.
It happened Friday, according to police, who say Matthew Steel, 20, of Seneca Falls engaged in a physical altercation with a female victim.
Police say the victim was choked and that Steel prevented her from leaving to get help.
As result, Steel was charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, menacing, and harassment.
All of the charges will be answered at a later date.
