Sheriff Jim Allard says a Campbell woman faces felony charges after being taken into custody on a warrant earlier this week.
On April 13 deputies arrested Serena Russell, 25, of Campbell on a superior court warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance.
It’s alleged that Russell possessed a quantity of a controlled substance when booking took place.
