Seneca Falls resident faces multiple charges after drug investigation

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls resident following a drug investigation.

On April 14 members of the narcotics unit arrested Patti Morgan, 47, of Seneca Falls. Morgan was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fourth-degree conspiracy, and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of controlled substance.


At the time of arrest, it was discovered that Morgan was in possession of crack cocaine.

Morgan was released on appearance tickets and scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by members of the Seneca Falls Police Department.
