Deputies say a 20-year-old was arrested twice in less than a week after two separate driving-related incidents in the town of Ovid.
Tyler Huff, 20, of Ovid is said to have appeared unconscious and was checked over by South Seneca Ambulance.
After investigation, the 20-year-old was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Huff was released to answer the charges on April 20.
However, just five days later Huff was again arrested after deputies responded to Ovid for the report of a suspicious male. Witnesses told deputies that the individual, later identified as Huff, pulled into a parking spot and struck a curb.
After further investigation it was determined that Huff was under the influence of drugs. He was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs again, and will answer the charge at a later date.
