Maureen Ballatori has been a driver of ‘good’ in the city of Geneva, and throughout the Finger Lakes region. Her marketing and design firm, 29 Design Studio recently took home a number of awards for their work in the ag-marketing landscape.
That was a big transition for her firm, which is based in Geneva, New York. In her view, it was a sensible transition, given the importance of both agriculture, food, and tourism in the Finger Lakes. For Maureen and the team at 29 Design it was all about ‘buying’ in to what they had been working toward for so long.
We caught up with Maureen Ballatori to talk about the future of marketing beyond the pandemic, what small businesses can- and should be doing if they haven’t so far during this public health crisis, and what’s next for the region- as it looks to rebound behind a wave of community-mindedness that was spurred by the pandemic.
