Deputies: Sodus driver refused field sobriety, breath tests during DWI stop

Deputies report the arrest of a 22-year-old Sodus man following a traffic stop on Rt. 414.

Tyler Rodgers, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speed in zone, unregistered vehicle, and refusal to take a breath test.

The arrest stems from a traffic stop in the town of Rose where he refused to do field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.

He also refused to provide a breath test once at the sheriff’s office. The charges will be answered at a later date.
