Seneca County has issued a Request for Proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of a 58-acre parcel on Keady Road in Lodi.
The parcel is currently in county ownership.
“The Keady Road property is an untapped resource in the Town of Lodi and I am hopeful that proposals will come forward that will realize its full potential,” Lodi Town Supervisor Kyle Barnhart said. “Returning the property to private ownership and its contribution to our tax base and local economy will be in the best interest of the Town and the County provided it is a proposal that respects the environment and neighboring properties.”
