Canandaigua man taken into custody in Geneva after two domestic incidents, threats of violence in Seneca County

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Canandaigua man following two separate domestic incidents in Seneca County.

Andrew Morseman, 31, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant for two counts of second-degree harassment.

He’s accused of threatening a person via telephone causing the victim fear for her life and family. While deputies were on-scene with the victim, Morseman was seen driving by the residence while actively sending threats via voice message.

Due to the nature of the threats SCSO requested the assistance of several agencies to help locate Morseman who was found by the Geneva Police Department.

Morsemen was arraigned and released to answer the charges at a later date.
