The Cayuga County Health Department is holding walk-up rapid testing clinics for those not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms next week.
The clinics will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Emerson Park Pavilion on East Lake Road in Auburn. The first will take place on Tuesday. The second will be held on Thursday.
Appointments will be required for participation in the clinic. Health officials say that those who come should be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for your results. Social distancing and masks will be required and enforced.
There will also be a drive-thru clinic held on Wednesday for those not experiencing symptoms at Auburn Community Hospital. Officials say that one runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and that those taking advantage of the service should use the entrance on Lansing Street.
Appointments will be required.
