Clyde man used credit card illegally while employed at Waterloo business

Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports the arrest of a Clyde man following an investigation into illegal charges made on a local business’ credit card in Waterloo.

Jacob Oosterling, 29, of Clyde was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, both as felonies, as well as petit larceny.

Investigators said that the charges stemmed from a complaint received alleging that Oosterling made charges on a company credit card that he was not authorized to make while employed at a business in Waterloo.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
