The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation into a domestic incident that happened on Queen Street.

Gregory Parish, 37, of Lyons was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt – both as felonies – as well as obstructing governmental administration, two counts of resisting arrest, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

During the investigation into a physical domestic incident – Parish was found to have violated an order of protection.

He resisted arrest and was also found to be in possession of a small quantity of cocaine.
