Three people will take on the responsibilities held by Denis Vinnik in Wayne County, who previously served as Nursing Home Administrator for the county.
The Board of Supervisors approved the appointment of Michelle Riggs, who will serve as interim nursing home administrator and David Denny, who will serve as home administrator consultant.
Serving in the permanent role beginning November 30th will be Jeffrey Stalker. He’ll receive a salary of $101,975 in the position.
A selection committee helped make the decision, which was ultimately approved by the board.
The interim position will be eliminated once Stalker takes over at the end of November. Riggs will return to her role as coordinator of Nurse Education and Infection Control and the County’s nursing homes.
The consultant will stop working for the County at that juncture.
