Police say a Red Creek man was arrested on DWI charges following a complaint and traffic stop in Seneca Falls.
The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of 53-year-old Jerry Jones, of Red Creek.
Jones was arrested after Seneca County 911 received a civilian report of a vehicle driving erratically on Route 414.
Additional information was received that the vehicle eventually stopped in the middle of the intersection of Ovid and Garden streets in the town of Seneca Falls, where police made contact with the driver.
Jones was found to be intoxicated and charged with DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, and stopping in the driving lane.
He was processed and released to answer the charges at a later date.
