The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of two people after responding to an overdose in the parking lot at Walmart in late-September.
On September 24th at 7:36 p.m. police arrested Carly Price, 23, of Waterloo and Victoria Tandle, 22, of Lyons following that report of an overdose at Walmart.
Police responded to Walmart, and after the victim was taken to the hospital an investigation was launched.
It was found that both Price and Tandle were in possession of a controlled substance.
They were arrested and released for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court. Price also had outstanding warrants out of the city of Geneva, according to police.
