Police arrested a Clarence resident following an investigation into indecent material that was sent to what he thought was a minor.
Police arrested Andrew Reed, 32, on one count of disseminating indecent material to a minor.
It’s alleged that Reed communicated via social media with an undercover police officer who was posing as a 14-year-old child.
it’s alleged that Reed sent graphic and nude images of himself to the undercover detective.
Reed was ultimately located by members of the Canandaigua Police Department and transported to Ontario County for processing.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
