Geneva Supervisor Mark Venuti says his community is fortunate to have found a developer for the former BJ’s Wholesale property at the edge of town.
Earlier this week Supervisor Venuti spoke with Finger Lakes News Radio about the planned development for the former BJ’s store on Verry Fields Road.
“It doesn’t have a tenant yet, but instead of the wrecking ball we have been able to reuse them,” Venuti said, speaking to the Town’s successes over the recent months.
The Town Board approved the planned development for those new owners, who plan on self-storage units, retail development, and the space for one- or more restaurants.
