Deputies: Ontario man violated court order, charged with contempt and trespassing

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Ontario man following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Deputies say Terry Gosnell Jr., 36, of Ontario was charged with second-degree contempt and trespass after the investigation on September 14th.

Deputies say Gosnell showed up to the victim’s residence to pick up a child knowing that the victim had a stay away order of protection.

He was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
