The Ontario County Humane Society and Canandaigua Police Department is investigating an incident involving a kitten, which was thrown from a moving vehicle in Canandaigua and suffered fatal injuries.
The incident occurred on Eastern Boulevard in the area of Maur Street on Thursday around 1:50 p.m.
“Upon this offices’ and the Canandaigua Police Departments’ arrival the kitten was found to be deceased due to trauma sustained by being struck by a vehicle,” officials said in a press release.
