The Cayuga County Health Department reported a third death related to the Novel Coronavirus, or COVID-19 this week.
A county resident who was hospitalized, and tested positive for the virus died, according to officials.
They say the male was in his 60s and had underlying health issues, which could have played a role in his deaht.
There have been a total of 130 cases of COVID-19 since the pandemic began.
There aren’t any residents hospitalized at this time. More than 30 are in mandatory quarantine, with two in mandatory isolation.
