White Deer tours are underway once again at the Seneca Army Depot.
They restart on Saturday, and will function as a self-guided tour that uses a smartphone application. The tour runs for eight miles through the former military site.
Those roads haven’t been driven on for more than 80 years by members of the public.
Earl Martin owns the property. He also operates Seneca Iron Works. An agreement was made between Seneca White Deer, Inc. and Martin, but that ultimately fell apart in late-2019.
The tours have since stopped.
