Syracuse resident accused of biting victim, striking them with windshield wiper during domestic incident

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 32-year-old Syracuse resident following a domestic incident in the town of Victor.

Deputies say Shaylynn Roblero, 32, intentionally damaged the phone of another person after getting into a verbal altercation with them. She’s also accused of biting the individual on the left shoulder, causing a mark. Deputies say she then caused damage to the victim’s vehicle by ripping a wiper blade from it – and striking the victim with it.

Investigation showed that the entire incident unfolded in front of two children. As result, Roblero was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of criminal mischief, and one count of harassment.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
