Storage, retail, and restaurant space all possible at former BJ’s site in Geneva if plans approved

Plenty of options.

An engineer with Marathon Engineering in Rochester presented a preliminary plan for the former BJ’s Wholesale store along State Routes 5&20 in the town of Geneva.

The 69,000 square foot space would be used for climate-controlled storage. Part of the parking lot would be developed into a multi-use building for three tenants.

Retail, food, and a bank could all be housed in those spaces.

Gershman Properties would purchase the property from BJ’s if the town approves a planned unit development, according to the Finger Lakes Times.

It would all get started this year if approved.
