Deputies in Wayne County report the arrest of an Ontario man following the investigation of a violent domestic incident.
Jeremy Hudson, 36, was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, and criminal mischief.
Hudson is accused of punching a female victim in the face during a physical altercation. He then choked her and damaged property the belonged to her.
The entire incident unfolded despite an active court order, according to deputies.
Hudson was transported to the Wayne County Jail for Central Arraignment Proceedings. The charges will be answered at a later date.
