Cayuga County discontinues COVID-19 hotline due to low call volume

Due to low call volume Cayuga County is discontinuing its coronavirus resource hotline.

The announcement came on Friday from officials, who said that the line – existing at 315-253-1355 would shut down at the end of the day.

County officials can still be reached by phone or email, and a resource page will remain online.

The Cayuga County Emergency Management Office received 27,500 cloth masks from New York state to distribute to essential businesses.
