A second arrest has been made following a robbery and beating at an Auburn home in January.
Police say Leefree Alan Petty, 30, was arrested on a warrant and charged in connection to the assault that occurred over the winter.
There were a total of four suspects involved.
Petty is accused of tying the victim’s hands together, breaking a window, and assaulting him as the other suspects removed property from the home.
The victim suffered a pair of broken arms and multiple lacerations. He was treated at Upstate University Hospital.
Petty was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, and second-degree assault.
Vincent Deangelis, 42, of Auburn has also been arrested. He was taken into custody in February on four felony charges.
Petty is being held at the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
