Police: Seneca Falls duo accused of leaving children unattended outside apartment complex

Police report the arrest of a pair of Seneca Falls residents following an investigation into children left unattended outside an apartment complex.

Daryl Bryerton, 27, and Aubrey Asbrand, 24, were arrested after two children were found outside an apartment complex.

They were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say Bryerton was additionally charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.

They’re collectively accused of failing to provide adequate supervision fo two small children. When being taken into custody, Bryerton resisted arrest and didn’t comply with lawful commands.

Both were transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. The children will be turned over to a family member, according to police.
