The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man on felony charges following an investigation.
Joshua Turner, 37, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief – a Class E felony – after allegedly damaging a cell phone during an argument with another person.
The incident unfolded at a residence on Mill Street, according to deputies.
He was scheduled to appear in Village Court at a later date and time.
