Authorities say a Waterloo man was arrested on a number of charges after a rape investigation in the city of Oswego.
Dwayne Arruza, 42, has been charged with rape, criminal sex act, disseminating indecent material to minors, sex abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Investigators say Arruza had sexual contact with a teen in Oswego.
He was remanded to the Oswego County Jail on bail.
