The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 42-year-old Shortsville man following an investigation into stolen property from a construction site.
Shawn Christensen, 42, of Shortsville was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Police say he was found to be in possession of stolen tools from a construction site in Gorham.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in city court at a later date.
