Five Points officers give back to local veterans housing effort

A Veterans Housing Project in Seneca County has received a boost of funding thanks to the efforts of corrections officers at Five Points.

More than 120 participants pledged $30 each, and raised additional funds. Altogether, $4,256 was raised for Seneca Housing’s Veterans Housing project.

NYSCOBA organized the campaign and said that it was supported by 109 officers, 11 sergeants, two lieutenants, three captains, and other staff donors.

Seneca Housing helps Seneca County vets finds and live in safe, affordable housing.
