Waterloo man accused of driving drunk after traffic stop for speeding

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 50-year-old Waterloo resident following a traffic stop on West Bayard Street.

Police say Jason Kahler, 50, of Waterloo was stopped by police after speeding on West Bayard Street.

During the traffic stop, it was determined that Kahler was intoxicated. He was charged with speeding, driving without a license, driving while intoxicated, and having a BAC over 0.08 percent.

He was processed and released on traffic tickets. The charges will be answered at a later date.
