The Green Shutters restaurant in Cayuga County has sold.
The Auburn Citizen reports that the historic eatery has changed hands for the fourth time since 2012.
Owner Bob Leonardi told the Citizen that he sold the restaurant to Riccardo and Sebastian Galbato.
The property sold for a little more than $130,000, according to county records.
However Leonardi told the Citizen that the transfer price through the County Clerk was not reflective of the full-sale price.
He discussed the reasons why he felt comfortable selling the restaurant to the brothers.
