One arrested after neighbor dispute in Canandaigua

The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 29-year-old Bloomfield resident following a neighbor dispute.

While details of the incident were not released, investigators determined that Sean C. Faber, 29, of Bloomfield was violating a previous court order by engaging in the dispute with his neighbor.

Faber was charged with second-degree criminal contempt after the incident on Bristol Street.

He was held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment. The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court.
