A Prattsburgh man has been charged with murder and aggravated vehicular homicide following an investigation into a crash that killed four people.
A Steuben County grand jury indicted Dustin Drake, 30, of Prattsburgh on four counts of second-degree murder, nine counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, and one count of DWI and aggravated DWI.
Deputies say Drake was the sole survivor of an October 12th crash on Route 76.
Nikki Wise, Adam Bellamy, Coy Miner, and Korbie Higgins all died in the wreck.
Court documents indicate that Drake had a BAC of 0.21% at the time off the crash.
