Police: Seneca Falls man prevented woman from calling 911

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 58-year-old man following a domestic incident.

Steven Sinicropi, 58, of Seneca Falls is accused of subjecting a female victim and male child to unwanted physical contact.

During the incident, Sinicropi is said to have taken the victim’s phone in an attempt to stop her from calling 911.

Police say Sinicropi was charged with one count of criminal mischief, and two counts of harassment. He was processed at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.

He’ll answer the charges at a later date.
