A Seneca Falls man was arrested on multiple charges after a domestic incident on Monday.
Police say 28-year-old Michael Devine, of Seneca Falls was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief, stalking, and obstructing governmental administration.
He’s accused of damaging several items of property at a home in Seneca Falls. When police were called – he fled the scene, but returned the next day and damaged more property.
The entire incident was set off by a call to police over a domestic incident.
He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
