Police: Geneva man arrested on felony charge after domestic incident, held on no bail

The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a 30-year-old Vienna Street resident following a domestic incident.

Dakota McKoy, 30, of Geneva was charged with first-degree criminal contempt – a Class E felony. He’s accused of punching another person in the chest who is a protected party in an order of protection.

Following the incident he fled the scene, according to police.

They say McKoy was held on no bail due to prior criminal history.
