Anyone interested in submitting a proposal for the Local Planning Committee to consider for Seneca Falls’ Downtown Revitalization funds will have to complete a request for information form, which is now available online.
“The RFI is a short form requesting participants to provide basic information about potential projects including project scope, description, budget, and financing,” Seneca Falls Development Corp. Director Greg Zellers said. “The Local Planning Committee encourages all project ideas that could promote the revitalization of downtown.”
The Seneca Falls DRI Local Planning Committee will consider public improvement projects, private development projects and proposals for branding and marketing. The project location must be within the DRI Boundary and will be evaluated by the Local Planning Committee.
A meeting will be held at 1 p.m. at the Seneca Falls Community Center, located at 35 Water Street. That informational session will be an opportunity for residents and potential applicants to learn more about the process.
The RFI deadline has been set for Friday, January 17th. Click here to get the form.
Completed RFI forms can be emailed to [email protected] or at the DRI Submission Box at the Seneca Falls Municipal Building at 130 Ovid Street.
