Deputies: Farmington man caused $1,200 worth of damage to lotto machine at Tops

Deputies say a 63-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into vandalism at the Tops store located in Farmington.

Kenneth Kressler, 63, of Farmington was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after causing more than $1,241 in damage to a lottery machine on property.

Deputies say the Kressler damaged the touch screen on the machine. He was later located and arrested.

The criminal mischief charge will be answered at a later date in Farmington Town Court.
