Sheriff Luce reports felony charges, which were filed against a Geneva man following an investigation that spanned more than a month.
Talon Robb, 29, of Geneva was charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, and one count of criminal possession of a forged instrument; both felonies.
Investigators say that on May 23rd Seneca County Building and Fire Code Enforcement received an electrical inspection for a job that the department never issued a permit for. Enforcement reported this to the Sheriff’s Office and it resulted in an investigation into the incident.
Investigators determined that the permit was forged; and the owner of TKR Renewable Resources issued the forged documents.
Robb was arrested in Canandaigua and returned to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
