A Geneva man was arrested on several felony charges after he allegedly threatened another person with a handgun.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 11th at approximately 9:32 p.m. deputies arrested Alex M. Deyulio, 23, of Geneva following a traffic stop.
Deyulio was charged with felony DWI due to a previous conviction, felony operating a motor vehicle with 0.08 percent or more alcohol with a previous conviction, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating without an interlock device.
Three of the charges he faces are felonies.
Deputies say the arrest stems from a report that Town of Romulus male called 911 and stated that Deyulio displayed a handgun and threatened him with it. It was then reported that the male left the residence in a vehicle.
Deputies found the vehicle and subsequently stopped it. During the investigation Deyulio was also found to be intoxicated. Deputies also report the handgun, which was registered, was recovered.
Deyulio was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 bail.
